Well, this is basically a beginner's tutorial on how to begin to learn to Lucid Dream. Believe me, this is one amazing experience, imagine being able to do anything you wanted, and I mean anything. In Lucid Dream you can fly, breathe underwater, simply anything. It is possible to do this by the way, if you're sceptical. Just think about it logically, a dream is only your subconscious mind using your imagination isn't it, so if your conscious "rational" mind realises that your dream is a dream, then you can technically do anything.
