I have been teaching this course and similar courses since 1995. I have been practicing as a doula since 1991, and have worked with many families, and trained 100's of doulas.
's preferred teaching style:
I draw a lot from my experience, but I firmly believe that adult learners do the learning. I am there as a guide and facilitator of learning. I utilize books, manuals and activites, as well as videos.
