Profile: More than 30 years secretarial experience, mostly with airlines. Starting as a Secretary, moved on to the reservations department where I started up the training department and became the Training Manager. I then went on to have my own small secretarial business; then I moved to Spain, worked in a Spanish school which teaches English and I am now a TEFL English Teacher.

In this position I started the company's first ever training department for reservations, fares, ticketing, telephone sales, airport ticket and check in desks. Compiling and typing all the training manuals and courses. I trained all existing staff throughout the company and all new staff members.
