I treat students as my team members , whereas i consider myself as a team leader and i try to shape up my lecture as mission in which our team participates and acomplish it.

I have a handsome experience along with my masters degree in the subject .
's preferred teaching style:
First of all i try to understand what a student needs and how can i serve him appropriately, and then i check the IQ level of my students by posting them with short questionairres, and along with the course i strictly keep a dicipline of taking short quizzical exams every now and then. I do not tolerate non serious students. I love to answer the queries of my students . In the end my goal is to acheive a team like atmosphere with my students.
