Key Contributions:

• Orchestrated initial office setup in new building: Installed software on office computers, purchased new furniture and office equipment/supplies at the best prices; established standard general office and security procedure policies and manuals, templates, and office forms. Implemented and successfully concluded a proposal for a new copier which enabled the church to become self-sufficient in terms of its printing expenses.

• Acted as Events Coordinator: Created database of vendors, purchased materials and implemented arrangements for such events as Backyard Bible Clubs, Visitation and Workers Banquets, Bible and Missions Conferences, National Day of Prayer, and annual Sunday School Campaign and managed time flow activities from initial start to completed project; designed posters, flyers, brochures, tracts, sermon outlines and lesson books; designed and maintained the bi-monthly Warship Briefing newsletter for the Visitation Program.
