Being an expert in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, I am instructing finance students on how to use these software at college. In the mean time, I am training clients from large corportations in these areas. With a good understanding of my clients' needs, I can always provide them the best solution to make their job easier and more efficient.

I have created and worked on a variety of database and data files using Excel and Access 2003, 2007 and 2010.

In terms of teaching, I am perfect at creating a relaxed learning environment, delivering the knowledge clearly and understandably to the students, motivating studdents' participation, as well as enhancing their engagement and interest.

In teaching online courses, I provide the students clear guidance on what to do for each class ahead of time. I also post videos to facilitate the students' study. The students can always get my reply to their inquiries through email. For the students who seemingly lagging behine, I would contact them personally. I use video and audio tools to make the learning more interesting.
