I have taught these types of classes for 5 years in a public
library. I have excellent communication skills and have
developed several successful face-to-face classes. I am
competent in assisting with all of the following:

Simple mouse navigation and competency
• Web navigation in IE, Firefox and Chrome
• Search engine and searching techniques
• Windows XP, Vista and 7 navigation
• Internet Safety
• Microsoft Office Suit instruction: Word, PowerPoint, & Excel
• Computer maintenance
• Facebook
• Youtube
• Google
• Email
• Mobile devices (Kindle, Laptop, iPod, iPad, Nook and more)

I teach 20 hours of instruction, roughly 10 classes a month at the Virgil I. Grissom library. I also average about 30 teaching hours a month through one-on-one intstruction.
