description of :
My background is in physics and mathematics. I have a doctorate in physics. I currently work as a math tutor, teaching algebra and geometry, and am also available to teach physics.

Teacher's qualifications:
As a graduate student I was involved in some substitute teaching of undergraduate courses and some tutoring. More recently I have worked as a tutor in physics and math.

's preferred teaching style:
- Introduce topic by way of example
- Explain/ derive results of topic in general case.
- Reapply to examples
- Illicit response from students regarding examples and problems
- Guide steps to students own problem solving with a progressively more hands off approach
