's preferred teaching style:
I am very hands-on, which might seem to be a problem with online education - however I feel it is very possible to have that approach in a virtual classroom. I lead discussions, but give students room to explore related avenues - bringing together threads of discussion at the end of each session. I am very open to comments and suggestions, especially as cooking is all about personal tastes!
