description of :
I am a relaxed, patient, flexible teacher. I consider myself to be humorous but like lessons to be challenging. I like to use the Socratic method to guide the student to have ownership of the material. I also really love the ancient world and hope this enthusiasm come through in the lessons.
Teacher's qualifications:
I have a current Ohio teaching certificate in seconday history. I have taught for over 10 years at Hefei University of Technology and am currently a graduate assistant teacher at University of Arizona.
's preferred teaching style:
I like to actively engage students using the Socratic method in order to encourage critical thinking so students have ownership of the material.
