Teacher's qualifications:
I took Judo for four years,it is a kind of martial arts,i took aerobics for three years,and during highschool i was a longdistance runner and a sprinter,in a few months i will graduate with a diploma in Fitness and nutrition,even though it is not required in some states to be a certified fitness trainer to work as one,i'd like to have a diploma on it.
 
's preferred teaching style:
I will work with any student who's interested in getting healthier,and looking better,or just someone who wants to have a basic knowledge about Fitness,whatever your reason is,this course will help you.
