Learning has always been part of my life, and I enjoy expanding my own knowledge as learning is a life long process. Throughout my teaching career I have taken advantage of opportunities to deepen my knowledge by completing several specializations such as ESL (English as a Second Language) and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I have a strong background in teaching methods, and enjoy sharing my knowlegde of sociology, psychology, foreign languages and art appreciation in addition to general content areas.

Teaching has been my passion for years,and I pride myself that I have a lot of patience. In addition I have found it beneficial to be tuned into particular learning styles with appropriate teaching styles for maximum results.
My area of specialty as far as special education is concerned is autism spectrum disorders, but I enjoy working with all students regardless their individual strengths and challenges.
The subjects I prefer to teach are anything but math and sciences.
