Marketing Management

Responsible for the marketing of services tailored exclusively to the sales and marketing industry.
Demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge.
Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
Manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Analyzing potential partner relationships for Sales purpose.

Human Resource Management
Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance

Financial Management

(I) Forecasting and Planning

Estimate/forecast the requirement of funds for both the short term (working capital requirements) and the long term purpose (capital investments).
Forecasting the requirements of funds involves the use of budgetary control and long-range planning

(II) Financing Decision

Decide what type of Capital structure the company needs to have whether these funds would be raised re: from loans/borrowings or from internal source (share capital).
To raise sufficient long term funds to finance fixed assets and other long term investments and to provide for the needs of working capital

(III)Investment Decision
Project using the various capital budgeting tools like Payback method, accounting rate of return, internal rate of return, net present value.
Lay down assets management policies to be laid down regarding the various items of current assets like accounts receivable by coordinating with the sales personnel, inventory with production

(IV)Dividend Decision
Taking into consideration, earnings trend, share market price trend, fund requirement for future growth, cash flow situation and others.

(V) Financial negotiation
carrying out negotiations with the various financial institutions, banks and public depositors for raising funds on favourable terms
(VI) Cash Management
Ensuring the supply of adequate, timely and cheap fund to the various parts of the organization
Ensuring there is no excessive cash idling around

(VII) Evaluating financial performance
Constantly reviewing the financial performance of the various units of organization generally in terms of ROI(return on investment. Such review assists management in seeing ow the funds have been utilized in the various divisions and what can be done to improve it.
Fostering relationships with bankers, investors, underwriters of equity and bond issuances and other government regulatory bodies.

Information Management
Managing electronic and manual publications and forms development, design, control, storage, and dissemination.
Acquiring and distributing publications and forms using manual or electronic means.
Providing guidance to ensure publications and forms meet prescribed style, format, and legal and statutory requirements. Implements procedures for manual and electronic creation, control, coordination, dissemination, and disposal of administrative communications.
Establishing and maintaining offices of records. Creating manual and automated file plans. Applies file cutoff procedures and disposes of and retrieves records. Operates and manages automated records information management system.
Operating and managing a records staging area for inactive records storage. Complies with Privacy Act (PA) and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) procedures and provides assistance to ensure others comply.
Providing PA, FOIA, and records management training. Operating the Base Information Transfer System and Official Mail Center using manual and automated systems.
Performing workgroup management (information systems and technology support) functions.
Managing hardware and software. Performing configuration, management, and initial diagnostics of information systems.
Running system diagnostics and determining causes of hardware and software failures. Removing and replacing components and peripherals to restore system operation. Installing and configuring software operating systems and applications.
Providing customer service to assist in operation, restoration, and configuration of information systems. Develops and implements web sites and pages. Managing and assisting others in content management of web sites and pages.
Reporting security incidents and formulating and applying corrective security procedures.
Being responsible for overall administration, management, and life cycle of information and control of information resources.
