's preferred teaching style:
Communication is the key in and out of the classroom. I want my students to feel that they have control of what and how they are learning. I think it is important for students to feel involved in the educational process and therefore should be proactive. I encourage my students to do their best and to set goals for themselves and to work towards those goals.
