description of :
I am a certified teacher of both youth and adults. I have taught at the Elementary Level and at the college level. I have been a trainer in organizations that I have worked for and a facilitator at the national level.
Teacher's qualifications:
I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. I have a Masters Degree in Education. I recently completed the new faculty training for the University of Phoenix. I am a trained validator for the National After School Association.
's preferred teaching style:
I believe that we learn best through conversation, discussions, give and take. i believe that my roll with adults is to be a facilitator - someone who is there to help them learn and the guide the process. I love to help people learn. I've come to realize that lecture is not the best method.
