management, I offer either current construction managers or individuals wishing to
manage their own project the opportunity to either receive structured training or
coaching. If you choose the structured format for construction, we will use the book
that I published on the subject as a text. If you choose coaching, then we will use
your project and my book as tools to guide us through the best way to manage your
project. If you choose to learn general principles of project management, then we
will use the most recent edition of PMBOK published by PMI.

Masters in Project Management. I hold the PMP (Project
Management Professional) Certification from the Project
Management Institute. I am also a Realtor who has over
10 years of experience managing construction and land
development projects. I also teach college level courses
for an accredited University.
