This course prepares students to identify problems and opportunities that may arise from conflict.
 
long description:
Students will analyze the problems in detail, design and implement successful solutions and achieve the desired outcome. Topics include elements of conflict, types of conflict, conflict resolution, alternate dispute resolutions and researching techniques used in other organizations to resolve conflict. Students will also relate to personal experiences and work in collaboration with other classmates to enhance the learning experience.

Participation:
Students will be required to post responses to the instructor questions three days a week and respond to at least two classmate responses two days a week. In addition, students will be required to post a weekly summary. Due dates for the assignments will be contingent upon the start date of the course and provided by the instructor.

My teaching methods enable an organized enviornment that adapts to the needs of the students and provides the tools to access difficulties, enhance learning and achieve the desired outcomes.
