A course electric circuit theory geared toward to complete beginners.
 
long description:
This course will cover basic DC circuit analysis. It will start from basic definitions of voltage, current and resistance and proceed to cover all basic methods needed to analyze DC circuits, such as Kirchhoff's laws, Thevenin's theorem. Basic inductor and capacitor theory will also be covered. This course is designed to be broken into multiple class sessions.

I am currently a hardware engineer at an avionics company in Seattle, WA. I love to learn and would like to share my knowledge and experience with others at a cost much lower than I had to pay for in college. This is my first attempt and teaching and hope to be a help to anyone who is interested in the field of computer engineering or electronics.
 
Teacher's qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
5 years experience as Hardware Engineer involved in design and test of cockpit audio panels and avionics servers.
 
's preferred teaching style:
My motto for teaching is understanding and comprehension before memorization. I prefer that students understand the concepts before getting into the mathematics that describe them.
