's preferred teaching style:
My teaching style will vary with each student. I want to give each student personalized teaching. To me it's the only way for a student to reach their full potential. The "One size fits all" approach doesn't always reach every student. I take in account all learning modalities (auditory, tactile, visual, etc.). In an online classroom this can be difficult, but it can be done. I also believe in providing immediate feedback to my online students. If they are heading in the right direction, I want for them to immediately know that so that they can continue learning. If they are heading in the wrong direction, the faster they know this and receive correction, the better.
