-- Provide resources and practical advise

? I have developed, executed and did the actual instruction for multifaceted sales training programs, financial advisor training programs and junior management training programs.
? For over 9 years I managed a department that created value-added educational material for financial advisors that supported sales and financial planning efforts.

 
's preferred teaching style:
? My teaching style 1) provides instruction on the basics of the subject so that the student can obtain a solid foundation and then 2) supports it with practical examples that the student can identify with for reinforcement.
? If possible, I also apply coaching to the education process so that the student can learn by doing.
