Introduction to General Psychology

 with TL Havens

short description:
Introductory Course
long description:
This introductory course is designed to give you a "leg-up" in determining if psychology is right for you. The cost is low so due to the fact that this course is not applicable to a degree or certification, but rather gives you the general knowledge to face a college course and explore psychology as a field of study and work. Here you will learn about potential careers in psychology and theories that focus on professional vocation. In addition you will learn the difference between clinical, general, counseling, and research.

I will grant a certificate of completion.
level of difficulty:
all welcome
minimum class size:
I will be available in the evenings mainly, but you may contact me at anytime to arrange one-on-one sessions during the 8 weeks via email or phone.
fee comments:
This fee is based on getting you used to collegiate price methods. This course is considered a 5 credit hour course at many universities. Most Universities charge $350/CRD HR or more. However, here I shall only charge you $50/CRD HR. Thus, the total price for the course is $250 total. That's it! In addition, I will work with you one-on-one but you may be asked to join a group session if I have several students.
